“…It has physically been a lot easier to get out of bed these past two mornings... I used to have to a lot of difficulty with that motion in my pelvis/sacrum. When I  got out of bed Thursday and didn't have to sort of "will" my body to work, I was completely amazed and I haven't been able to stop smiling since.  I have to tell you that I have an overall sense of relief and general well-being. I know that there is still a lot that I have to face, but I finally feel that I am in the right space and have the right guide to do so.”  HVG, Instructor

Manual Medicine
Imagine being able to interpret your body's messages.

Manual medicine supports the client's natural healing process and strengthens the mind-body connection.

Clients often seek manual medicine to:

  • Relax and release stress.
  • Restore balance and a sense of wholeness.
  • Reduce and eliminate chronic pain.
  • Bolster health and well being.
  • Release trauma.
My work is gentle, deep, and intuitive.  I utilize a natural ordering process that is dictated by the body and periods of stillness to create space for my client's system to reorient and integrate change.  I am able to meet the needs of diverse clients and specialize in introducing sensitive clients to positive touch.

Massage was first documented in China in 3000 B.C.  Today, it is practiced all over the world to help people relax.  I offer both Swedish and Deep Tissue massage.

Craniosacral Therapy is a subtle, but powerful technique from the osteopathic field that utilizes a light touch to complement the body's natural healing processes.  As is the case with meditation, the stillness inherent in the modality both increases consciousness and provides a platform for profound change.

Visceral Manipulation
is a gentle technique from the osteopathic field that was developed in France; however, there is evidence that visceral manipulations have been practiced for centuries in different parts of the world.  Practitioners work to restore balance within and between the organs, so that each can move according to a prescribed movement and glide and slide in relation to neighboring tissues without restriction.  Releasing visceral restrictions can have a global positive affect on the body and brain.  Many musculoskeletal problems can be resolved with this work.
